frequently asked questions

We require an adult to be on the premises during the booking and doesn't need to participate (even though they are more than welcome to!)

Dear players,

We understand there may be questions and concerns regarding the latest COVID-19 (Coronavirus) news. Our duty is to ensure our customers and community are aware of the detailed and efficient sanitary procedures we’ve got in place and have been taking the necessary precautions in regards to providing a safe & clean environment to welcome our guests.

Over the past few weeks, as details continue to evolve, we would like to share the additional safety measures we have put into place to protect the safety and wellbeing of our Navrtar family and the guests we look to accommodate:

  • We regularly impose a thorough process of disinfecting all equipment (especially high touch areas) that are involved in our experiences. This includes headsets, hand controllers, backpacks and VR guns.
  • We provide disposable face masks for every customer who would like to take extra precaution.
  • We keep up to date with the latest Government and WHO’s guidelines and remain prepared to take further action should there be any requirement to do so.

We encourage and expect all our guests to sanitise their hands upon arrival. This is to limit the possibility of contracting and spreading anything to other members in your group and for groups following yours.

We also instruct any members associated with the virus to stay at home and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.

At Navrtar we always commit to providing an enjoyable and safe environment where friends, families, large groups and corporations can come together for unforgettable VR experiences and to create moments worth remembering. As unique as our experience is, players’ health & safety is always our main priority.

Thank you for your continued support,

Your Navrtar

After making a booking, you will be required to present your payment card upon arrival (during check-in) to one of our team. This will also be emphasised in your booking confirmation via email.

This is purely for security purposes only and failure to do so will lead to refusal of your participation in the experience. We will not be able to reschedule or refund your booking if you fail to present your payment card when requested.

Dynamic Pricing is a new & cheaper way for customers to experience virtual reality.

This scheme works in phases and depends on the number of slots booked for that particular day. Prices start from £28 per person (full price is £40) and prices increase as more slots are booked. So for you to get the best price for your group, you're better off booking sooner rather than later!

You can book online or book in store. However, we recommend booking online in advance to avoid miscommunications.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on 0203 696 5253.

We are open 7 days a week:

Monday - Saturday: 14:00 - 22:00

Sunday 12:00 - 20:00

Each slot can accommodate up to 5 people.

If you have a group of 6 or more, you will need to book 2 slots. The second slot will commence 30 minutes after the first booking. If you have a group of 11 or more, you will need to book 3 slots. The third slot will commence 30 minutes after the second booking.

If you have a group of fewer than 5 people, the slot is open to other members of the public. If you prefer to keep your session exclusive, there is an option exclude 'random players' from joining during your booking process.

You would be able to hire out the venue where we have ample seating and the choice of 4 x 65" TVs for presentations. Not forgetting that we have a bar and can even arrange the food for you.

If your frame is smaller than 142 mm wide and 50 mm high, it should fit within our VR goggles. However, we advise to wear contact lenses if possible.
