Are there any age or health restrictions?

Yes, those under the age of 13 are not permitted into the gaming arenas unfortunately. This is due to health and safety as well as because of some of the graphic content that is present in our games. Those aged between 13 and 17 do need to be accompanied by an adult should they wish to play.

There are also some restrictions regarding health, including the prohibition of those under the influence of drugs or alcohol. It can be a disorienting experience and for your safety as well as for those around you, we insist that you are of a sober mind.

Those individuals with heart problems, epilepsy, who have severe hearing or vision impairments, have broken limbs or who are heavily pregnant are also restricted from using the VR headsets for their health and wellbeing.

If you would like to discuss any of these restrictions, we would be more than happy to provide details as to our decisions so that you can understand more fully whether it is safe and possible for you to enjoy what we have to offer.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking is not permitted, so if you are looking to make changes to your plans, then make sure you give us more than 2 days notice to keep in line with our policies.
