How does VR work?

You may be wondering what VR actually is, and how it is different from other types of gaming. You will be wearing goggles that have a screen in them, and they react to your body and head movement. So if you move forward in real life, your character will also move forward, and it’s the same for turning your head, shooting your gun etc. We have a spacious room that you can move around in, and there will also be realistic sounds to make it even more immersive.

How do I get my tickets?

We have a couple of options for you to choose from when it comes to booking your virtual reality experience in London with us. You can either book online or you can come into the centre and book with us there. Sometimes it can be easier to book online so there is no risk ofmiscommunications about what you want for your experience. If you are wanting to bring a group of 20 or more, you will need to book in the centre.

How long does the whole experience take?

When you first arrive for your action-packed day here at Navrtar, you will check-in with us which usually takes around 15 minutes. You will then have your demo experience, where you and your group can have a practice with the VR goggles. This is great as it allows you to get familiar with how VR feels before you enter the main experience. The demo will take 30 minutes, unless you are in a bigger group, then you will have unlimited access to the demo area which is great fun if you want to try out some less intense VR activities.

The main VR game that you and your group play, which will either be based on a zombie apocalypse or alien defence, will last for another 30 minutes. You will be provided with VR goggles, a backpack and a gun, which really helps with the feeling of you actually being there. These memorable VR experiences can be a great aid for things such as team building, or simply just to have fun with your friends and family.

Once you are done with your virtual reality experience in London, you will then be able to hang out in our bar area for as long as you like. You can have some drinks, eat some snacks, and play bar games such as table football and pool. This is a great opportunity for you and your group to socialise after the experience.

How many people can I bring?

During the main VR game itself, you will be in a group of 5, but we can host groups of up to 55. We will simply split your group up into 5 people each, and will take it in turns. When you are waiting for your turn or finishing, you can sit in our viewing area and watch your friends run around which is entertainment in itself!
