Is there a lower age restriction?
Yes, there is.
To engage in a Navrtar virtual reality experience in London, a child has to be a minimum of 13 years old.
If you are looking to book a party for a birthday for someone between the ages of 13 and 17, it is our policy at Navrtar that they are accompanied by an adult.
Are the experiences scary?
The experiences are not ‘scary’ per se, but it can be easy to lose yourself in them and so, they are unsuited for people who are under the age of 13.
And while we will always aim to keep the graphics as PG as possible, they may cause upset to children below this age.
For this reason, as well, we do not advise people with heart conditions to engage in our virtual experiences, as jump scares in the sessions are part of the course.
Are there any issues with health conditions?
Yes; remember, your safety when you game with us is our top priority.
We must advise people who are looking to book an experience to reconsider choosing one of our VR experiences if they have a broken limb, hearing loss, or vision problems (glasses are fine!), epilepsy or similar conditions, if they are heavily pregnant or if they have heart conditions.
This is because we do not wish to cause physical exhaustion, cause you to overexert yourself or worsen an already existing injury.
If you aren’t sure if you are safe to play with us, contact our team for more information and consult with your general doctor.
How long does each experience last?
Each experience, including the demo and check-in, lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The time you spend using the VR equipment during the game is 30 minutes.
Do you offer child-friendly catering onsite?
Yes, we do and we are also able to offer alcohol, should you wish to partake in some post-zombie apocalypse drinking!
But our catering is not included in the standard packages, so contact our team for more information about catering options, prices and the foods we can offer when you play with us in Ealing.
